hello, I’m Heather and I’ve been in the design industry since 2010. I strongly believe all moments in life count as user experiences.
I also believe in the continued need for inclusion and equity in design. As a way to expand my design thinking, I am involved in D&I efforts with my current employer. I continue to practice bringing those I am designing for into the research design process.
